To be successful as a "ChangeDelivery Manager – Data & Insights”, you should have experience with:
Experience in HR Transformation or transformation focussed on Data and Analytics programmes.
Ability to translate technical requirements/risks/issues to non-technical audience and senior stakeholders.
Ability to influence outcomes through teams that do not report into this role.
Additional Skills:
Experience in HR Transformation focussed on Data and Analytics programmes.
Experience implementing records management programmes.
Change and cutover management experience.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based out of Pune.
You will be working with colleagues in India, the UK and the US so your work timing will need to overlap UK afternoons/US morning.
