Explore locationJoin us as a “Change Delivery Manager –Colleague Platform”, where you will manage ‘change projects’ that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
To be successful as a “Change Delivery Manager – Colleague Platform”, you should have experience with:
Experience in managing projects, creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget
Ability to translate technical requirements/risks/issues to non-technical audience and senior stakeholders.
Experience in facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
Additional Skills:
Experience in HR Transformation or transformation focussed on delivering solution using Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
Ability to influence outcomes through teams that do not report into this role.
Experience in optimization of HR processes, Workday and ServiceNow platform.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree.

This role will be based out of (Pune)
You will be working with colleagues in India, the UK and the US so your work timing will need to overlap UK
