Explore locationAs a Process & Requirement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements from stakeholders, mapping current and future business processes, and designing effective solutions in close collaboration with technical teams.
Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights will be key to ensuring successful project outcomes. You will produce detailed documentation, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and support system configuration and testing activities. You will also contribute to user training and provide ongoing support to ensure systems are adopted effectively and function as intended.
This role requires a strong candidate who is HR technology savvy, ideally with experience in talent development and HR systems.
