Explore locationJoin us as a Regulatory Reporting Transformation Lead to design and implement enhanced data controls and testing frameworks, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reporting. This newly created role will focus on transforming existing processes, leveraging automation, and collaborating across Technology, Compliance, and Legal to deliver sustainable, audit-ready solutions.
To be successful as a Regulatory Reporting Transformation Lead you should have experience with:
Large Holdings/Major Shareholdings and Regulatory Transaction Reporting.
Project Management and Change Delivery in a large organisation.
Strong stakeholder collaboration across global and regional teams.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of financial services laws, rules, and regulations.
Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex problems clearly.
Attention to detail, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
